This Privacy Policy describes how Evoques Hospitality Capital ("Evoques", "we", "us") handles information across our public website, client portal and analytical platforms. Evoques provides advisory services only; this policy is general information and not legal advice. Questions: info@evoques.com.
1. Who we are
Evoques Hospitality Capital is a hospitality investment and capital advisory firm serving hotel owners, investors, family offices, private equity firms, developers, lenders and capital partners across the USA and Europe. Our divisions cover investment advisory, capital markets, debt advisory, asset management and value creation & exit.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide. Name, business email, telephone, firm or ownership entity, role, asset and portfolio details, and mandate-specific inputs (for example ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, NOI, basis, debt terms, capital stack, business plan and target exit assumptions).
- Engagement & portal data. Authentication metadata, organisation membership, deal documents, NDAs and signature audit records, correspondence, and access logs.
- Counterparty & vendor data. Contact and qualification details submitted by capital partners, lenders, operators and vendors, including pricing schedules and tax documentation.
- Usage data. Device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, referring URL and similar telemetry used to operate and secure the platform.
- Cookies. Strictly necessary cookies for portal sessions; analytics cookies only where permitted by applicable law or with your consent.
3. How we use information
- To deliver advisory mandates across acquisition, financing, repositioning, operations and disposition.
- To prepare analytical work product, including underwriting, cash-flow models, capital structures and our proprietary Hospitality Investment Score.
- To administer confidentiality obligations, conflicts checks and counterparty introductions.
- To communicate about mandates, market intelligence and updates you have requested.
- To secure the platform, prevent misuse and meet legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations.
4. Confidential deal information
Ownership, financial and transaction information is treated as confidential and shared only with named recipients under an engagement letter or non-disclosure agreement, on a need-to-know basis. Marketing materials for a specific asset are released only on your instruction.
5. Lawful bases (EEA/UK)
We rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing an advisory business, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers acting on our instructions (cloud hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics and AI model providers), with professional advisers, with counterparties you authorise, and where required by law. International transfers, where they occur, are protected by appropriate safeguards.
7. Retention
We retain information for the life of the mandate plus a reasonable archive period consistent with legal, audit and recordkeeping requirements.
8. Security
We apply administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of transaction data, including role-based access controls, row-level data isolation, encryption in transit and multi-factor authentication for privileged portal accounts.
9. Your rights
